摘要 大肠埃希菌是临床上常见的人兽共患病的病原,其致病性是由多种毒力相关因子共同协调作用所决定的。ColBM质粒和转录反终止子(RfaH)是两个近年发现的大肠埃希菌毒力相关因子。论文对这两个大肠埃希菌毒力相关因子的研究进展进行了综述,分析其与宿主菌致病力之间的关系。 Pathogenic Escherichia coli is the clinically common pathogen of zoonoses.The pathogenicity of E.coli is determined by the coordination of a variety of virulence-associated factors.ColBM plasmid and RfaH are two virulence-associated factors newly descripted in Escherichia coli.This paper summarized the update research progress on two virulence-associated factors in Escherichia coli,so as to analyze their relationship with the pathogenicity of the bacteria.
