摘要
探讨了增粘剂的种类及掺量对高流动砂浆工作性能、力学性能和微孔结构的影响。结果表明,试验的3种增粘剂均使砂浆的工作性能改善;对砂浆强度都有一定的影响,28 d时,PR-328降低了砂浆的抗压强度,而HPMC和HTL-S100使砂浆的抗压强度增大,这3种增粘剂对砂浆的抗折强度影响不大;随龄期的延长,3种增粘剂都会抑制砂浆的微观孔隙率和微观总孔隙量的降低,孔径分布发生变化。
The influences of types and content of viscosity-modifying admixture on the working performance,physical performance and microcellular structure of the big fluidity mortar are discussed. The results show that the three tested viscositymodifying admixtures can all improve the working performance of the mortar and has certain impact on the mortar strength. After 28 days,PR-328 decreases the compressive strength of the mortar, while HPMC and HTL-S100 increases the compressive strength of the mortar. All three mixtures have little impact on the tensile strength of the mortar:with the extension of the period,the three mixtures will suppress the decreasing of mieroeellular rate and total microcellular rate and change the aperture distribution.
