摘要
根据国民经济计划和当地的自然资源条件,指出区域规划要有计划地、均衡地配置,合理地分布城镇,密切城乡关系,从而保证城市的长远发展有一个正确的方向和遵循的途径。
According to national economy plan and local natural resource conditions,it pointed out that regional planning should allocate in equilibrium and designedly,distribute towns properly,and osculate the relationship between cities and villages,so as to ensure the long-term development of city have a correct direction and following path.
