摘要
为探讨脱氢松香酸潜在的抗氧化活性,以脱氢松香酸为底物,通过甲酯化、溴代、氧化、硝化、Ullman缩合等步骤,合成了标题化合物,其结构经IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、元素分析和质谱确证.然后采用荧光淬灭法研究了目标化合物对金属离子的螯合作用,发现其对Cu2+和Fe2+均表现出了良好的螯合性能,对Cu2+与Fe2+的耦合常数分别为102.9L/mol、168.3L/mol,有望作为一种通过螯合作用而抑制自由基产生的潜在抗氧化剂.
In order to discuss the potential antioxidant activity of dehydroabietic acid, starting from dehydroabietic acid, the target compound was synthesized through methylation, bromination, oxidation, nitration and Ullmann coupling, and characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13C NMR and MS. Subsequently, the chelation activities of target compound on Cu2+ and Fe2+ were studied using fluorescence quenching method. The results indicate that it possesses obvious chelation activities on Cu2+ and Fe2+, and the coupling constant KA was 102.9 L/mol and 168.3 L/mol respectively, which imply its potential application as antioxidant by inhibiting the generation of free radical.
