摘要
通过对广东省珠海市城镇居民所享有的医疗保障形式、就医行为习惯和对医疗服务的评价进行抽样调查,结果显示:方便和医疗费用低廉是得小病时选择医院的首要因素;医疗水平高和医疗安全是得大病时选择医院的首要因素。同时,居民对医疗服务的总体评价不高,对医疗服务不满的主要原因是药价高、开大药方和虚开检查化验。根据调查分析的结果,提出了改进医疗服务的相关建议。
Through the sample survey of the medical insurance form, the behavior custom, and the medical service appraisal. which is enjoyed by Zhuhai in Guangdong Provience. Result shows that convenient, the medical low expense are the primary factors in choosing hospitals when the illness is slight. The medical high level and the medical security are the primary factors when the illness is serious. Simultaneously residents＇ appraisal to medical service overall appraisal is not high. The primary factors of the unsatisfying medical service are the high medical price, high-dosage medicine and nonessential inspection. According to the analysis result, the article puts forward the proposal about improvement medical service.
