Visualized analysis and simulation on dynamic performance for NC machine assembly

摘要 将数控机床整机的动态性能分析与可视化设计方法相结合,以沈阳机床集团的某数控加工中心为例,提出了整机动力学可视化设计流程,包括设计目标、设计内容以及设计方法;最后对该加工中心进行整机动态性能可视化仿真,得出强度、固有特性以及谐响应情况,为该机床结构性能的优化提供依据. By integrating dynamic performance analysis with visualized design method on NC machine assembly, a NC machining center produced by Shenyang Machine Tool Group is used for case study. Accordingly, the dynamic visualized design procedure, including design objectives, options and methods, is proposed. Based on this notion, the dynamic performance of machining center is visually simulated to acquire the strength, inherent property and harmonic response. Therefore, this approach set a reference to optimizing the machine structural performance.
