摘要
结合生产线存在的问题、生产线特点和所要检测产品的结构特点,设计了检测的总体方案和判断合格的算法.根据所要检测滴灌管的结构特点,提出了设计的思路和检测方法;根据所要检测滴灌管的参数以及所设计的检测系统相关元器件的工作方式、测头距离,设计确定了判断滴孔合格的算法.
In this paper, problems in production lines, production line characteristics and structural features of the detected product are discussed. The overall program for detecting and the algorithm for quality judgment are designed. Aceording to the structural features of drip irrigation tube for testing, new designs and test methods are put forward. According to the parameters of drip irrigation tube for testing and the working methods of the detection system- related components designed and probe distance. Algorithms are designed for the judfling the qualifications of dripping hole.
