摘要
国内MPA教育的发展,填补了我国公共管理应用教育的空白,为公务员素质能力提升扩大了选择空间。贯通MPA教育与公务员素质能力建设,制定特色化的培养方案,从整体提升公务员核心与从属素质能力,将是最有效的途径。
The development of MPA education,which fill up the blank of public management education and provide more choices for promoting the civil servant＇s quality-ability in China. To make a bridge between MPA education and civil servant quality-ability development,to make the special and whole plan ,which is the most effective way for leveling up the core and subordinate quality-ability.
