摘要
核伦理学是应用伦理学的重要分支,目前正处于学科的理论构建之中。从功利主义与义务论的基本原则出发,分析了核伦理学构建的哲学原则,探讨进行核伦理学理论构建的思想根基。在核开发利用需求广泛的现实情况下,核实践必须置于核伦理学的理性指导轨道,用伦理理性尽量消除核开发利用中的不道德行为,切实为人类谋福利。
Nuclear ethics is an important branch of applied ethics and at present it is theoretically being constructed. On the basic principles of the utilitarianism and the deontology, the philosophical principle of constructing a nuclear ethics is analyzed to find the ideology basis when constructing the theory. In the quo status of wide demands for the nuclear development and utilization, the nuclear ethical practice must be placed in a rational guidance track to refuse the unethical behaviors of nuclear development and utilization for the benefits of mankind.
