摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法将80例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组用庆大霉素8万U、地塞米松5 mg、α-糜蛋白酶4 000 U、2%利多卡因4 mL、阿托品0.5 mg、注射用水15 mL混合行输卵管通液术。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予自拟活血通络中药通管汤口服治疗。结果两组输卵管通畅情况、妊娠率、受孕时间方面比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论中西药合用,显著提高了输卵管阻塞性不孕患者的临床治愈率和受孕率,为输卵管阻塞性不孕症的治疗提供了一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on tubal infertility treated with integration of Chinese and western medicine.Methods 80 cases of tubal infertility were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each one according to visiting sequence.In control group,hydrotubation was performed with gentamicin 80 000 U,dexamethasone 5 mg,α-chymotrypsin 4 000 U,2% lidocaine 4 mL,atropine 0.5 mg and injection water 15 mL.In treatment group,on the basis of treatment as treatment group,the self-prescribed decoction for activating blood circulation of tubation was administered orally.Results In comparison of tubation,pregnancy rate and pregnancy time between two groups,the results in treatment groups were better than those in control group,indicating significant difference statistically.Conclusion The integration of Chinese and western medicine improves significantly the clinical curative rate and pregnancy rate for the patients with tubal infertility,and provides a kind safe and effective approach in treatment of tubal infertility.
