用反相高效液色谱法分离并测定了苯系物 ,建立了苯系物的反相高效液色谱分析方法 色谱条件 :色谱柱为CLC -ODS柱 ,流相为甲醇 -水 (66∶34V/V) ,检测器波长为 2 60nm
Antiphase high-efficiency liquid chromatography bas been used to separate and determine benzene inthis paper.The analysical method of benzene antiphase liquid chromatography was established.chromatographic conclition:Column wascls-ODS,Flowingphase was methanol-water (66:34 V/V),determined wave was 260enm.This researching gave us a scientific method of determined benzene.
