摘要
针对35～220 kV输电线路停电检修工作中,传统接地线在挂、拆中存在的作业人员习惯性违章行为和不安全动作及因素,进行改进,研制成功了可调式旋转型接地线,克服了原挂、拆接地线时的种种弊端和不足,并应用于停电检修生产的工作中,确保了检修作业人员的人身安全。
Considering the habitual violation and maloperation made by the operators during the power cut of 35-220 kV transmission line for traditional suspending and removal of ground wire, an adjustable and rotating ground wire is developed. This ground wire overcomes all the shortcomings and deficiencies that traditional suspending and removal of ground wire had and is being used by maintenance staff to ensure their personal safety.
