摘要 2-丁基-4-氯-1H-咪唑-5-甲醛(2)和5-(4'-溴甲基联苯-2-基)-1-三苯甲基-1H-四唑(3)为原料,离子液体[bmim]PF6为溶剂,经缩合、还原、脱保护3步"一锅法"制得抗高血压药氯沙坦,收率92%。 Losartan, an antihypertensive agent, was synthesized from 2-butyl-4-chloro-lH-imidazole-5- carbaldehyde and 5-(4'-bromomethylbiphenyl-2-yl)- 1-trityl-1H-tetrazole by condensation, reduction and deprotection in ionic liquid [bmim] PF6 by one-pot process with a yield of 92 %.
