摘要
通过ZNR系列智能高压变频器在化工行业28000m3/h空分循环水泵节能改造中的应用,介绍了ZNR系列智能高压变频调速系统的配置与工作原理、循环水泵变频调速节能分析、控制器功能基本参数、改造前后运行情况、改造效果等方面的内容。分析后得出高压变频调速技术在泵类中的应用具有明显的经济效益和社会效益,为企业的节能降耗提供了借鉴经验,值得推广。
Through the application of ZNR series high-voltage inverter industry in 28 000 m3 /h air separation circulating pump energy-saving reform,a series of ZNR intelligent high-voltage VVVF system configuration and working principle,circulating pump energy analysis,the controller function basic parameters,before and after the operation of the transformation,the transformation effect of the content and so on were introduced.High voltage VVVF has obvious economic and social benefits,provided experience,should be promoted.
