摘要
以作者单位中标设计加建造性质的阿布扎比某高层建筑项目为例,介绍了价值工程法在电气深化设计中的运用。结合当地的规范要求,介绍在对供配电系统、防雷与接地系统、火灾自动报警系统、综合布线等系统进行电气深化设计时引入价值工程法,在保证系统安全和满足系统功能的前提下,降低工程造价。
Abstract Taking a tall building projects in Abu Dhabi for example, which the author＇s company won the bidding of design plus construction, the application of value engineering in electrical shop drawing is introduced. Combined with local codes requirements, the author describes the use of value engineering in the electrical shop drawing of power supply and distribution system, lightning protection and grounding generic security cabling system, automatic and other systems, and satisfying fire alarm system, in ensuring system system functionality premises, to reduce the proiect cost.
