摘要
对扩张的隐血管(动脉和静脉)、隐神经和缝匠肌的几何尺寸、肌节数量、应力-应变关系和应力松弛进行了研究。采用了16只狗作为实验对象,因为狗软组织生物力学特性和人体生物力学特性非常相似。本实验动物模型采用间断注水低压(<5.33kPa)扩张方式对血管、周围神经及骨骼肌的扩张是安全而有效的。本研究为临床上替代血管、神经和肌肉瓣的游离移植提出了一种可选择的新技术。
eometric dimension, numbers of sarcomeres, stressstrain relationship and stress relaxation were studied of expanded saphenous vessels, arteries and veins, saphenous nerves and tailor's muscles. Sixteen dogs were used, because the biomechanical features of dog soft tissues bear great similarity with that of human beings.Intermittent injections at low pressure(<5.33kPa) were effective and safe for expansion of axial blood vessels. peripheral nerves and skeletal muscles.This study may provide a novel technique for replacement of free grafting of axial blood vessels, peripheral nerves and myocutaneous flaps.
