摘要
介绍了惠州比亚迪股份有限公司线路板工业废水处理工程实例。依据分类收集、先预处理再综合处理的原则对该厂线路板废水进行合理的细化分类,对不同的水质采用不同的物化处理。采用该工艺路线处理后线路板废水出水水质满足广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)中第二时段一级标准。
Introduce an example of disposal engineering about circuit board wastewater in the BYD Stock Company Limited. Basing on the principle of separate collection and integrated treatment after pretreatment, the circuit board wastewater in the company was reasonably classified, and then, differential wastewater was processed by physical and chemical methods. After carried out the technics, the effluent quality of circuit board wastewater reaching the first class criteria in secondary period of time specified in the Effluent Permit Limits（DB44/26-2001）.
