摘要
对比研究3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT和3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明,与3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线的直径较小、线密度和破断力较大;以3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体帘布中,成品轮胎外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求,耐久性能提高,轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。
The application of 3 × 0. 24 + 9 ×0. 225CCHT and 3 + 9 ×0. 22 + 0. 15 steel cord in carcass of TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that, compared with 3+ 9 × 0.22+0. 15 steel cord,the diameter of 3×0.24+9 × 0. 225CCHT steel cord was smaller,the line density and breaking strength were higher;by using 3 × 0.24+ 9 ×0. 225CCHT steel cord instead of 3 +9 × 0.22 +0.15 steel cord in carcass of TBR tire,the inflated overall dimension of finished tire met the requirements of na- tional standards, the endurance performance was improved, the weight of tire decreased and the pro- duction cost was reduced.
