摘要
为满足高速铁路建设对电力高可靠性和稳定性的供电需求,本文对铁路电力设计新理念进行探讨,对高可靠性供电技术、电力仿真、电力远动、变配电所综合自动化、机电设备监控等技术在铁路电力应用的现状与创新进行了系统的扼要介绍,对铁路电力技术创新发展趋势,配电技术与信息技术的高度融合、专家智能系统广泛应用、绿色环保电气与可再生能源应用、设计技术手段创新,提出了个人的初步想法。
In order to meet the demand of highly reliable and stable power supply for high speed railway construction, this paper given a discussion about the new design concept of railway power supply, presents systematically the present situation and innovation of applying such technologies to railway power supply as highly reliable power supply, power simulation, power telecontrol, power substation integrated automation and electromechanical equipment controlling; and gives the author's viewpoints on the developing trend of railway power technical innovation, the close coordination between power distribution technique and information technology, widespread application of expert intelligent system, the application of environment-friendly electricity and regenerable energy sources and innovation of design techniques.
