摘要
《研究》着眼于当前社会经济发展的鲜活现实,对农村劳动力转移予以再认识,作出新界定,使之内涵更丰富,外延更宽泛,更有利于农村劳动力合理转移,并与社会主义新农村建设有机结合,以实现城乡统筹,科学发展。
Focusing on the lived reality of current socio-economic development,A Research into the Transfer of Rural Labour Force in Hubei Ethnic Areas by professor TAN Zhi-song makes a re-cognition and a new defintion of the transfer of the rural labour force, which endows it with more profound connotations and wider denotations. This is more helpful for the rational transfer of the rural labour force and is organically connected with the construction of new socialist countryside in order to realize the integration of city and countryside, and finally the scientific development as a whole.
