摘要
论文通过对FANUC伺服系统建模和传递函数的计算,结合控制原理分析位置环、速度环、电流环以及前馈补偿对伺服系统稳定性和动态性能的影响,介绍相应伺服参数的意义和设置,为FANUC伺服系统的调整提供理论依据和参考。
Based on the servo system module and transfer function, The paper analyses the effect of static and dynamic performance by the position loop gain,velocity loop gain,current loop and advanced feedforward control, introduces the meaning of the corresponding servo parameters and offers the theory support and reference for the adjustment of FANUC servo system.
