布托啡诺复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术静脉麻醉的临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的:观察布托啡诺复合丙泊酚的镇痛效果。方法:选择22例宫腔镜患者随机分为两组,B组静注布托啡诺20μg/kg、F组静注芬太尼1μg/kg,两组均在给药5min后静注丙泊酚2mg/kg。观察两组患者VAS、Ramsayq镇静评分及不良反应。结果:两组麻醉效果总体结果满意,B组不良反应少。结论:布托啡诺在宫腔镜手术中镇痛效果满意且副作用少。
