摘要
从云南西双版纳产石松科植物垂穗石松[Palhinhaea cernua(L.)Vasc.et Franco]全草中通过溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和制备薄层层析等方法分得4个三萜化合物。波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱)确定它们的结构分别为芒柄花根萜醇(α-onocerin)(1),21-epi-ser-ratenediol(2),serratenediol(3)和lycernuic acid D(4),化合物2-4为首次从云南产垂穗石松中分离得到。
Four triterpenoids collected from Xishuangbanna (1 -4) were extracted and isolated from the all plants of Palhinhaea cernua of Yunnan by repeated chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis ( ^1H - NMR, ^13C - NMR and MS) to be (2), serratenediol (3) and lycernuic acid D (4) respectively. α - onocerin ( 1 ), 21 - epi - serratenediol Compounds 2 -4 were first isolated from P. cernua distributed in Yunnan.
