摘要
20年来,传销案件屡禁不止,受害人数多、经济损失数额大,是严重的违法犯罪现象,其社会危害性极大。因此,预防这种犯罪的发生应成为当今社会亟待解决的问题。
In the last 20 years,the pyramid selling case＇s despite repeated prohibitions has caused the large number of victims,the amount of large economic losses,has been a serious criminal phenomenon,and has its social causes and harmful.Therefore,to prevent the occurrence of such crimes should be a serious problem in society today.
