摘要
目的总结助产士对初产妇在第二产程进行健康教育的护理经验和技巧。方法将我科顺产分娩的236名初产妇分为两组,实验组120名,对照组116名,实验组在常规护理基础上采取对心理护理,应对阵痛技巧,指导屏气用力和配合接产工作方面进行高效的健康教育,而对照组进行一般的常规护理。结果两组产妇在对待分娩的自信心和安全感,正确掌握应对阵痛方法和屏气用力技巧以及配合接产工作,经统计学分析,均有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论第二产程是分娩的关键期,为使产妇顺利渡过分娩期,对产妇进行及时有效,高质量的健康教育和指导非常重要,能使产妇采取有利于分娩的行为和方式,避免了第二产程时间延长、降低了胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、钳产、产后出血等并发症的发生率,降低了剖宫产率。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience and skills for midwife to conduct health education for primiparas in the second stage of labor. Methods 236 primiparas with natural deliveries were divided into two groups: experimental group (120 cases), and control group (116 cases). The experimental group were taken on the basis of conventional care and psychological care to deal with pain skills, guidance, breath-holding force and coordination for effective health education, while the control group were taken conventional care. Results The two groups, by statistical analysis, had significant difference (p 〈0.01) in the treatment of childbirth self-confidence and sense of security, correctly responding to pain control methods and breath-holding force skills, and coorination of delivery. Conclusion The second stage of labor is the critical period of delivery. Tmely, effective, high-quality health education and guidance is very important for puerperas, which can make puerperas conduct favored maternal behavior and mode of delivery, avoid prolonged second stage of labor, reduce the complications such as fetal distress, neonatal distress, pliers production, post-partum bleeding, and reduce cesarean rate.
