摘要
目的探讨我院极低体重儿治疗的经验教训,提高治疗成功率。方法对我院2007年1月至2009年12月收治的23例极低体重儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患儿均有一种或多种并发症,主要并发症有吸入性肺炎,低钙血症,高胆红素血症,低血糖,呼吸窘迫综合症(RDS),缺氧缺血性器官损伤,贫血,缺血缺氧性脑病(AE),呼吸暂停等。结论早期发现并及时处理各种并发症,提高极低出生体重儿存活率及生存质量。
Objective The aim of this study was to assess the experience of treatment of enfant with very low birth weight in our hospital,to enhance the achievement ratio.Methods Retrospective analysis on the etiopathogenisis of enfant with very low birth weight about 23 cases in hospital from 2007 Jan to 2009 Dec.Results All the enfant with very low birth weight have one or many complications,which include aspiration pneumonitis,hypocalcemia,hyperbilirubinemia,hypoglycemia,distress of respiratory syndrome,ischemia organ injury,anaemia,anoxic encephalopathy,apnea and so on.Conclusions The early discovery and in-time treatment of various kinds of complications to enhance the survival rate and quality in enfant with very low birth weight.
