摘要
欧盟的食品药品监管水平处于世界前列,这不仅与其健全的法律体系(有大量的法规、指令制约)、先进的检测技术与管理手段、严格统一的检查标准及防范措施有关,更与欧盟不管是总部机构还是各个成员国都设有食品药品行政检查专员有关。
The level of the EU＇s food and drug regulation is forefront in the world.This because not only with EU＇s sound legal system（a large number of regulations,directives constraints）,advanced detection technology and management means,strict censorship standards for uniform and preventive measures,but also the EU,whether based organizations or individual member states have established the Food and Drug Administration inspectors.
