摘要
为了加强科研管理,介绍了科研管理信息化的基本理论,提出了科研管理信息化的目标和内容以及影响科研管理信息化建设的主要因素,探讨了实现科研管理信息化系统的逻辑结构和关键技术。
With the increase in the number of China＇s research institutes, the management of these institutes has become more and more difficult. Therefore, information-based research management has become the inevitable trend of the standard management. The paper introduced the basic theory of the information based research management system. Objectives and con tents of research management informationization and the main factors influencing the system construction have been put forward. At the end, the logical structure and core technologies of realizing information-based research management system have been discussed.
