摘要
研究以校园体育活动的参与情况为观察对象,考察它对大学生心理危机减缓的效应。在调查中,来自浙江高校的837名在校大学生完成了一个改编的心理危机自评问卷,根据这些大学生参与体育活动的情况,分为体育活动参与不足、非常规体育活动参与和常规体育活动参与3种类别,采用方差分析对各类别的被试进行心理危机状态的强度差异比较,并进一步运用归回分析考察体育活动参与的时间和频率对心理危机减缓的预测效应。结果发现,经常参加体育活动学生的心理危机水平要低于非常规体育活动参与和体育活动参与不足的学生。研究进一步表明,体育活动参与的时间对人际关系危机、情绪控制危机和环境适应危机有较好的改善作用,体育活动参与频率可以共同预测心理危机减缓的效应。
This study is to test depressed effects on the mental crisis of university students by observing participation into physical activities.Eight hundreds and thirty-seven participants from universities in Zhejiang completed the modified self-evaluating questionnaires of mental crisis(MSQMC).According to the situation of physical activity participation,the participants were divided into three groups,which named as the lack of physical activity participation,regularly physical activity participation,and un-regularly physical activity participation.An ANOVA was used to compare to different levels of mental crisis among three groups.Furthermore,the regression analysis was also used to predict mental crisis by time and frequency of physical activity participation.The results reveal that participants who take regularly physical activity participation have the lowest level of mental crisis compared to these who take un-regularly physical activity participation and the lack of physical activity participation.And the time of physical activity participation have a benefited effect to reduce the levels of crisis in interpersonal relationship,emotion controlling,and adaptation environment.Both time and frequency of physical activity participation are able to predict depressed effects on mental crisis.
