摘要
将改性的碱式硫酸镁晶须加入到聚丙烯(PP)中,在二次开模条件下制备微发泡PP/硫酸镁晶须复合材料,分析了不同含量的硫酸镁晶须对微发泡复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:硫酸镁晶须具有填充增强作用,当晶须含量为25%时,微发泡复合材料的拉伸强度达到30.5MPa,与未发泡PP拉伸强度(30.8MPa)相近。
Modified magnesium sulfate whisker (MSW) was added into polypropylene (PP) matrix to prepare microcellular PP/MSW composite by means of twice-opening moulding technology.The effect of MSW content on mechanical property of microcellular composite was studied.The results show that MSW could reinforce the composite,the tensile strength of the microcellular composite is up to 30.5 MPa when MSW content is 25%,which is similar with that (30.8 MPa) of nonfoamed PP.
