摘要
微电子技术的发展正在推动整个社会由人类社会-物理世界的二元模式向人类社会-信息空间-物理世界的三元模式转变。本文首先阐述了微电子技术发展的历程与特点,剖析出微电子技术未来发展的突破口;其次,在归纳出我国微电子产业的现状与特点后指出当前我国微电子技术与产业发展的体制障碍及市场机遇;最后,结合国情,给出了促进我国微电子技术及产业发展的政策建议。
Development of microelectronics technology is driving the whole community from the binary model of human society-physical world to the triple model of human society—information space—physical world.Firstly,this paper describes the development course and characteristics of microelectronic technology and analyses the breakthrough in the future;secondly,after summarizing the China＇s microelectronics industry,the paper points out the present situation and characteristics of China＇s current microelectronics technology and industrial development,the institutional barriers and the market opportunities;finally, based on the combination of conditions,the paper gives the policy recommendations to promote development of China＇s microelectronics technology and industry.
