研究和分析在竞争机制下大学生择业的心理障碍，加强对大学生择业心理调适，培养大学生健康、稳定、向上的就业心理．
Studied and analysed are the psychological obstacle of college students in their carrer-pursuiting in competition,how to enhance their psychological adjustment in later career-pursuiting,and how to foster a healthy,stable and positive employment psychology.
