摘要
本文认为,与传统商家对消费者(BTOC)电子商务相比,区域电子商务有客流稳定、消费者信赖,商品丰富、重复购买率高,配送成本低、送货及时,有利于竞争、可促进商业企业间的兼并整合等诸多优势;北京市密集的商业网点、数量庞大的上网人群、比较完善的物流配送体系和发达的网络银行支付体系为开展区域BTOC电子商务提供了有利条件;其商务模式应是架设一个供全市商业服务机构共享的BTOC电子商务平台,建立统一的物流配送体系。
The regional BTOC e-commerce is primarily discussed in this article.Compared to traditional BTOC e-commerce,regional e-commerce has many advantages,such as the diversified commodity,the low cost of distribution and the huge amount.Beijing possesses the following conditions for establishing regional e-commerce: the large commercial scale,the huge number of internet users,the comparatively perfect logistics system,the advanced online payment system,etc.In order to develop regional BTOC e-commerce in Beijing,a shared BTOC e-commerce business platform should be established for serving business companies in the whole city,and a unified logistic system should be performed.
