摘要
完善的仲裁员责任制度,对仲裁事业的健康发展具有重要的作用。在阐述仲裁员民事责任、刑事责任和行业责任的基础上,指出了我国仲裁员责任方面存在的不足,提出了构建我国仲裁员责任制度的建议。
A good arbitrators＇ system is important in China.This paper illustrates the civil,criminal and professional responsibilities of arbitrators,analyzes the strengths and weaknesses involved in China＇s context,and proposes ways for developing China＇s responsibility system concerning arbitrators.
