摘要
本文应用多普勒超声技术检测了273例正常妊娠妇女及33例非妊娠妇女的肝脏血流动力学变化.结果:获得了中、晚期妊娠的一系列肝脏血流动力学变化参数,其中多项数据均大于正常组,而且以中期妊娠组测值最高,晚期妊娠组有不同程度降低.本文结果为彩色多普勒超声检测肝脏血流动力学变化诊断和鉴别诊断肝脏疾病提供了参考依据.
In this paper, the hepatic hemodynamic changes were detected by CDFI in 273 cases normal pregnacy and 33 cases non-pregnancy normal women. Results We obtained a series of hepatic hemodynamic index. Among them the most parts were more than the normal group, specially mid-term pregnancy group. But the values of later period pregnancy group reduced in different level. This results provided the basis that CDFI detected hepatic hemodynamic changes for diagnosis and differentiol diagnosis hepatic diseases.
