摘要
当前高职建筑工程技术专业学生就业形势严峻,提高学生就业竞争力成为各校面临的重要课题。提高学生就业竞争力,关键是提高人才培养的适切性,增加适用性内容的讲授。同时,通过层次性、递阶性的各种比赛提升学生专业技能,充分利用网络资源及工地实际资料增强学生对专业的理解和兴趣。
Recently, the employment situation of construction engineering technology specialty of higher vocational education is serious; the key for enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness is to strengthen the relevance of talent cultivation; meanwhile, higher vocational schools should enhance students＇ specialty skills through various stratified and progressive competition, and take advantage of internet resources and practical resources from building site to strengthen students＇ understanding and interests to the specialty.
