摘要
六辊可逆冷轧机组生产中使用多个厂家的原料,各厂家原料质量不同,特性不一,冷轧生产中经常出现的问题是批量性的起筋缺陷,采用合适原料后,缺陷马上消失,通过对原料质量的分析、热轧过程的参数控制并针对原料质量状况,调整冷轧生产参数和工艺,减少冷轧带钢的起筋缺陷.
Raw materials from several manufacturers,which were different in quality and character,were used in the six-roller reversible cold-rolling mills,which led to the frequent occurrence of ridge buckles on the cold-rolled coiled sheets in batch-volume production.The defects could however be eliminated by using appropriate raw materials.In practical production,the defects could be effectively alleviated by strictly monitoring the quality of the raw materials,properly controlling the hot rolling procedures,and adjusting the cold rolling procedures according to the quality of the raw materials used.
