摘要
运用现代统计软件SPSS13．0，对2000年-2006年的各级教育生均预算内教育经费支出情况进行描述性统计和多独立样本的非参数检验。研究结果表明，我国普通高等学校、普通中学、普通小学和幼儿园的生均预算内教育经费分布有显著性差异。然而，这种差异正在逐年缩小，财政预算内经费对各级教育生均分配的合理性在逐年提高。
With the help of modern statistical software 13.0, average individual educational funds within budget of all levels of education between 2000 and 2006 will be conducted with descriptive statistics and mort independent sample nonparametric test. The results show that there were significant disparities on the distribution of average in- dividual educational funds within budget between ordinary college, ordinary middle school, general primary school and kindergarten. However, these disparities are reducing year by year, which demonstrates the rationality of students＇ average distribution of public financial budget inside educational appropriation is enhancing, too.
