摘要
大学生扶贫顶岗支教是近年来一些高等师范院校为培养优秀教师，增强自身实力而探索的一种教育实习模式和人才培养模式，这一模式在一定程度上发挥了其积极作用。但与此同时，作为一种新的模式在其实施过程中还存在很多问题，阻碍了其积极作用的发挥。分析大学生扶贫顶岗支教教育实习模式存在的问题并提出相关建议。
University students＇ ding gang teaching to the poor areas is a new traing modle, which is explored by many normal universities in order to train outstanding teachers and enhance their own capabilities. To a certain ex- tent, this modle has played its positive role . But at the same time , there are many problems in its implementation Which has hindered its positive role to play. This article will talk about its positive role as well as problems.
