摘要
依托普通高等教育培养军队干部,是新世纪新阶段加强军队建设的重大战略决策,是军队人才培养制度的重大创新,国防生已经成为军队干部的重要来源之一。国防生培养在教学实践过程中还面临着诸多现实问题,亟需研究和探讨。本文着眼于国防生高校基础教育的培养实践,分析了当前国防生军政素质培育中存在的问题,对国防生全程军事化教育进行了探讨。
Cultivating military cadres through regular higher education is the important strategic decision of strengthening army building,as well as the radical innovation of system for training military cadres.National defense students have become the vital part of military cadres.The training of national defense students is faced with many practical problems which need our further research.This paper attaches importance to the national defense students＇basic education,analyses the problems of the military and political quality of national defense students,and explores the whole militarization education for national defense students.
