摘要
颈椎病是中老年人的常见病和多发病,颈椎病动物实验是研究治疗颈椎病的基础。在实验动物身上复制颈椎病,通过对动物模型的研究,来揭示颈椎病的病因和发病机制,以及预防和治疗方法的改进,是目前对颈椎病研究的重要途径之一。文章通过对近20年来有关颈椎病动物模型文献的回顾,总结了颈椎病动物造模的方法,并且认为余家阔等报道的造模方法,不失为一种符合人类颈椎病发病原理、容易制作、价格便宜的造模方法。
Cervical spondylosis is a common disease of the elderly,and the animal model of cervical spondylosis is the basis for the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Through the study of animal models,to reveal the cause of cervical disease and pathogenesis,is an important way to improvement the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.By nearly 20 years on the animal model of cervical spondylosis review of the literature,summed up the cervical spondylosis animal modeling methods,and thought that YU Jia-kuo＇s modeling is easy to produce and cheap.
