摘要
通过对当前煤矿安全隐患管理现状的分析,结合现场安全隐患排查、整改、复查信息不畅通,权责不明等实际情况,提出满足国家对煤矿精细化管理要求的安全隐患闭环式流程管理新思路,构建用于企业安全隐患排查和处理的实时闭环式流程管理模式,包括隐患提报、方案形成、落实整改、效果确认等环节,并以此设计出可实现煤矿安全隐患闭环式管理的实时信息管理系统功能设计模块,详细阐述各模块的实施过程及效果.
Through the analysis of current status of coal mine safety risk management,combined with the reality that the information does not flow of the troubleshooting,rectification and review to the hidden safety trouble on site,and that the powers and responsibilities are ambiguity,the new closed loop process management ideas are proposed to meet national demand for coal mine meticulous management of the safety risk.The real-time closed loop process management models for mine safety risk investigation and processing are constructed.The model includes the hidden safety trouble submitting,the implement and improvement and the effects confirming.Furthermore,the real-time information management system modules for coal mine closed loop management of security risk are scheme out.The implementation process and the effect actualization are discussed in detail.
