阻燃剂双酚-A双(磷酸二苯酯)的合成 被引量:1

摘要 用三氯氧磷、双酚A与苯酚反应制得化合物双酚-A双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)。采用单因素法分别对物料比、反应温度对产率的影响进行考察,确定了适宜的合成路线和反应条件。第一步,三氯氧磷和苯酚的物质的量之比为1:2.4,反应温度为110℃,反应时间为36h;第二步,中间体产物二苯基磷酰氯(DPCP)与双酚A的物质的量之比为2:1,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为19h,以MgCl2为催化剂(用量为苯酚总质量的1%)产品总收率为86.1%。 Bisphenol-A bis(diphenyl phosphate) was synthesized by phosphorus oxychloride bisphenol-A and phenol.The effect factors of process were studied respectively, including molar ratio and reaction temperature.The suitable synthesis conditions were studied.As follows: in the first step,the molar ratio of phosphorus oxychloride and phenol was 1:2.4,the reaction temperature was 110℃,the reaction time was 36 hours;in the second step,the molar ratio of intermediate compounds diphenyl chlorophosphat and bisphenol-A was 2:1,the reaction temperature was 100℃,the reaction time was 19 hours.Magnesium chloride was the catalyst and its dosage was 1% of the amount of all phenol.The final yield reached 86.1%.
