摘要 泵-蓄势器传动的液压机,由于采用了蓄势器,故只用流量较小的高压泵。在压机工作的间歇时间将工作液体储存在蓄势器中,当工作需要的时候,再由蓄势器和高压泵同时供给工作缸,工作缸内的大部分液体是由蓄势器供给的。蓄势器内的高压液体(具有势能)进入工作缸是在瞬时之间进行的,具有势能转变为动能作功的特点。因此,它比泵直接传动的压机升压快,但是在使工件产生变形时作的功都是相等的。泵-蓄势器传动的液压机比泵直接传动的液压机效率高。 Accumulator is used in hydraulic press driven by pump-accumulator. The high pressure pump with small flow can put working liquid into the accumulator in the intermittent working time of press. When it needs in working process, the accumulator and the high pressure pump provide the working liquid to working cylinder at the same time while most of working ,liquid in the working cylinder is provided by accumulator. The high pressure liquid in the accumulator (with potential energy) enters the working cylinder in a flash and the potential energy converts to kinetic energy. So hydraulic press driven by pump-accumulator can boost pressure more quickly than driven directly by pump, but the work is equal when the two types of presses make work pieces deformed. Generally speaking, the efficiency of hydraulic press driven by pump-accumulator is higher than by only pump.
