摘要
从贵州"三小"工程(小山塘、小水池和小水窖)建设同生态经济系统可持续性发展建设相结合的角度出发,提出一套综合评价"三小"工程效益的评价指标体系及其标准,同时结合综合评价定性、定量因素相混合的特点,运用多层次模糊综合评价法,对贵州"三小"工程效益进行综合评价。研究方法既有较强的针对性,也具普遍适用性,将为贵州"三小"工程项目实施与效益评价提供决策参考。
From the viewpoint of combination between "Three-small" construction and sustainable development of eco-economic systems,an indicator system and criterion for evaluating benefit of "Three-small" project has been put forward,at the same time,fuzzy analytic hierarchy integrated evaluation method has been used to evaluate the benefit of "Three-small" project in Guizhou Province basede on the combining characteristic between qualitative factors and quantitative factors.The method is purpose-aimed,generic,and may provide some decision-making reference for implementation,benefit evaluating of "Three-small" project in Guizhou Province.
