摘要
目的介绍石家庄市第八医院康复科和社区卫生服务中心合作建立脑卒中社区康复协作技术网络的具体方法和工作流程,并探讨该技术网络对社区脑卒中患者康复状况的影响。方法在石家庄市、区各级残联和社区卫生服务管理中心的支持和协调下,由石家庄市第八医院康复科和石家庄市10家社区卫生服务机构合作建立了较完善的脑卒中社区康复协作技术网络,自行设计了"爱脑康复手册-脑卒中康复档案",制定了脑卒中社区康复协作工作流程,统一了脑卒中社区评估方法及治疗技术,并积极进行康复知识宣教。对该技术网络运行1年前后合作社区脑卒中患者的康复知识知晓情况、接受康复情况及生活质量改善情况进行了调查比较。结果脑卒中社区康复协作技术网络运行1年前后,合作社区脑卒中患者的康复知识知晓情况、接受康复情况比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);有无接受康复治疗的脑卒中患者的生活质量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论石家庄市脑卒中社区康复协作技术网络对社区脑卒中患者具有良好的康复管理效果。
Objective To introduce the details and workflow of operative technique network on stroke rehabilitation in community established by No 8 Shijiazhuang Hospital and 10 centers of community health service （ CHS）, and to discuss the effect of this network on stroke rehabilitation in community. Methods With the support and coordination of the government, the handicapped association and the CHS management center in districts and city of Shijiazhuang, the rehabilitation department of No 8 Shijiazhuaug hospital and ten CHS centers set up the cooperative technique network for stroke rehabilitation in community, A ＂ handbook of brain care and stroke rehabilitation record＂ was originally designed, the workflow of stroke rehabilitation in community was constituted, the assessment method and treatment technique was unified, and public education was actively conducted. One year later, the improvement of rehabilitation knowledge, reacceptance and quality of life of stroke patients in the communities was respectively investigated and compared. Results After one year operation of the network, the rehabilitation knowledge and reacceptance of the strike patients in the communities were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. And the quality of life of the patients who received rehabilitation treatment was also significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The cooperative technique network for stroke rehabilitation in community has a good management effect on stroke patients.
