摘要
目的探讨互动模式健康教育在改善糖尿病患者遵医行为中的作用。方法采用前瞻性自身对照研究,对218例糖尿病患者进行互动模式健康教育,通过比较患者在健康教育前和健康教育后6个月疾病自我管理能力、糖尿病相关知识的掌握程度以及糖尿病相关代谢指标3个方面的变化,以评价患者的遵医行为改善情况。结果健康教育后,糖尿病患者的疾病自我管理能力及糖尿病相关知识的掌握情况均较健康教育前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖化血红蛋白水平较健康教育前有明显的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但体质指数和午餐前血糖水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论互动模式健康教育可有效地改善糖尿病患者的遵医行为;应反复多次强化糖尿病健康教育。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a specific interactive health education program (IHE) on compliance behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The prospective self - control study was conducted in 218 diabetes mellitus patients on their compliance behavior improvement by IHE program. The ability of self - management, degree of mastering diabetes - related knowledge, and results of some biomedical measures were compared between the two groups before and 6 mouths after implementation of the program. Results After the implementation the IHE the patients' ability of serf - management and condition of mastering diabetes - related knowledge were markedly improved (P 〈 0.05 ) , HbA1 c level decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; however he body mass index and blood glucose level before lunch had no significant change ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The IHE program can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients with diabetes mellitus. And the diabetes health education should be repeatedly enhanced.
