介绍了柔性管理的基本含义,探讨了在实验教学中实施柔性管理的必要条件,从规章制度、师生地位、教学时间、教学内容、教学评价、激励机制等方面提出在实验教学中具体应用柔性管理的措施。
This paper introduces the basic meaning of the flexible management,probes into the essential conditions of carrying out the flexible management in experiment teaching,puts forward the effective measures of applying the flexible management to rules and regulations,status of teachers and students,teaching time,content of course,teaching evaluation,encouragement mechanism,etc.
