摘要
以关中地区5个市区作为研究对象,共选取3大类18项指标,通过特尔菲法计算出各指标的权重,进而采用灰色综合分析方法对各市区生态环境质量进行计算和定量评价,最终依据各市的综合权系数值来确定2001～2007年关中地区生态环境质量的变化情况,通过2001年和2006年两个典型年份的对比分析表明,关中地区的生态环境质量取得了一定的成效,但是部分市区如铜川市的生态环境质量还是相对滞后的,应在全区发展的条件下,实施重点发展。
In this paper,5 urban districts in Guanzhong area were taken as the studied objects,18 indexes in 3 categories were selected,the weights of all indexes were calculated by Delphi method,and the quality of ecological environment of different urban districts in Guanzhong area from 2001 to 2007 was calculated and quantitatively assessed by grey comprehensive analysis method.The comprehensive weight coefficients of different urban districts in the typical two years 2001 and 2006 were compared,the results indicated that the eco-environmental quality in Guanzhong area has acquired some achievements,but in some urban districts（for example,Tongchuan city）,the eco-environmental quality still lagged behind.So the key development should be implemented under the condition of the development of all districts in Guanzhong area.
