摘要
用pH 8、9、10、11的氧化钙溶液提取黄芪多糖,通过比较不同pH条件下黄芪多糖收率,筛选最佳pH值,并选用大肠杆菌标准株ATCC25922、临床分离的大肠杆菌LYC、临床分离的沙门氏菌XM和葡萄球菌标准菌株ATCC25923共4种菌株对黄芪多糖体外抑菌作用进行研究。结果表明,pH值为9的氧化钙溶液提取所得黄芪多糖收率和纯度最高;体外抑菌试验结果显示,黄芪多糖对4种菌株均有不同程度的抑制作用。
In this paper, the optimum pH of calcium oxide used for extracting polysaccharides and their inhibiting effects on bacterium were investigated. The results showed that among four different pH values, extracting polysaccharides with pH 9 showed the maximum and most purified output, and the extracts represented distinct inhibiting effects to all the four bacterium.
